{"id":3,"date":"2023-07-19T07:36:31","date_gmt":"2023-07-19T04:36:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ekvita.com.ua\/?page_id=3"},"modified":"2023-07-24T15:53:12","modified_gmt":"2023-07-24T12:53:12","slug":"privacy-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ekvita.com.ua\/en\/privacy-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Privacy policy on the processing and protection of personal data"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In order to ensure proper access and use by Clients and counterparties <strong>LAW ASSOCIATION &quot;EQUITA&quot; <\/strong>(EDRPOU code 42500599, location: Plastivska St., b. 6, Dnipro, 49008), hereinafter - <strong>&quot;AO <\/strong><strong>&quot;EQUITA&quot;&quot;<\/strong>, website <a href=\"https:\/\/ekvita.com.ua\/en\/\">www.ekvita.com.ua<\/a>, hereinafter referred to as the &quot;Site&quot;, as well as receipt by Clients and counterparties <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot; <\/strong>services provided by the Public Agreement on the provision of legal aid, legal consulting and legal representation of the &quot;EQUITA&quot; LAWYER ASSOCIATION, located at the link: <a href=\"https:\/\/ekvita.com.ua\/en\/oferta\/\">https:\/\/ekvita.com.ua\/oferta\/<\/a>, <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot; <\/strong>collects and processes personal data of Clients, counterparties and users of the Site, hereinafter referred to as &quot;Clients&quot;.<\/p>\r\n<p>Interacting with <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong>, visiting the Site, contacting by means of telephone (mobile) communication with <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;,<\/strong> The client agrees to this Privacy Policy on the processing and protection of personal data, hereinafter referred to as the &quot;Privacy Policy&quot;, and consents to the collection, processing, storage, disclosure and transfer of his personal data.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong> acts as the owner and administrator of the Clients&#039; personal data. <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong> does not collect or process personal data provided by persons under the age of 16.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong> does not collect or process such categories of personal data as data on racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, criminal convictions, as well as data related to health, sexual life , biometric or genetic data of Customers (&quot;sensitive personal data&quot;).<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot; <\/strong>undertakes to provide all available measures to protect the personal data of the Clients, taking into account the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine regarding the protection of personal data.<\/p>\r\n<p>This Privacy Policy is mandatory for use by the responsible person and employees <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong>, who directly process and\/or have access to personal data of Clients in connection with the performance of their official duties.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li><strong> DEFINITION OF TERMS<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p><strong>1.1. Personal data base<\/strong> \u2014 named set of organized personal data in electronic form and\/or in the form of personal data files.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>1.2. Responsible person<\/strong> \u2014 a designated person who organizes work related to the protection of personal data during their processing, in accordance with the law.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>1.3. The owner of the personal database <\/strong>\u2014 a natural or legal person who is granted the right to process this data by law or with the consent of the subject of personal data, who approves the purpose of processing personal data in this database, establishes the composition of this data and the procedures for their processing, unless otherwise specified by law.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>1.4. State register of personal data bases<\/strong> \u2014 a unified state information system for collecting, accumulating and processing information on registered personal data bases.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>1.5. Public sources of personal data<\/strong> \u2014 directories, address books, registers, lists, catalogs, other systematized collections of open information, which contain personal data, placed and published with the knowledge of the subject of personal data.<\/p>\r\n<p>Social networks and Internet resources in which the subject of personal data leaves his personal data are not considered publicly available sources of personal data (unless the subject of personal data expressly states that the personal data is posted for the purpose of their free distribution and use);<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>1.6. Consent of the subject of personal data<\/strong> \u2014 any documented, voluntary expression of will of a natural person regarding granting permission for the processing of his personal data in accordance with the formulated purpose of their processing.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>1.7. Depersonalization of personal data<\/strong> \u2014 extraction of personally identifiable information.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>1.8.<\/strong> <strong>User \u2013 <\/strong>an identifiable and non-identifiable individual who interacts with the Site.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>1.9. Client <\/strong>\u2013 natural and legal persons who receive services from JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot; and provide access to their personal data.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>1.10. Processing of personal data<\/strong> \u2014 any action or set of actions performed in whole or in part in the information (automated) system and\/or in personal data files, which are related to the collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, change, renewal, use and distribution ( distribution, implementation, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of information about a natural person;<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>1.11. Personal data<\/strong> \u2014 information or a collection of information about a natural person who is identified or can be specifically identified;<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>1.12. Administrator of the personal database<\/strong> \u2014 a natural or legal person to whom the owner of the personal data base or the law has granted the right to process this data.<\/p>\r\n<p>A person who is instructed by the owner and\/or administrator of the personal data base to carry out technical work with the personal data base without access to the content of personal data is not a manager of the personal data base;<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>1.13. Subject of personal data<\/strong> \u2014 a natural person whose personal data is processed in accordance with the law.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>1.14. Third person<\/strong> \u2014 any person, with the exception of the subject of personal data, the owner or manager of the personal data base and the authorized state body for the protection of personal data, to whom the owner or manager of the personal data base transfers personal data in accordance with the law.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>1.15. Special categories of data<\/strong> \u2014 personal data on racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, as well as data related to health or sexual life.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<ol start=\"2\">\r\n<li><strong> CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA, THEIR LOCATION AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p><strong>2.1.<\/strong> Depending on how the Clients use the Site, the scope, method, purpose and legal basis of the collection and processing of Personal Data <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong> may change.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>2.2.<\/strong> <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot; <\/strong>collects and processes the following categories of Clients&#039; personal data:<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 surnames, first names, patronymics or titles of the Clients; RNOKPP (for an individual), EDRPOU code (for a legal entity), identification code (for an individual entrepreneur) of Clients; e-mail addresses of Clients; mobile phone numbers of Clients; registration addresses and actual place of residence of the Clients;<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 login data of Clients on the Site;<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 &quot;cookies&quot; files, technical data for the Site;<\/p>\r\n<p>- other personal data that can be provided voluntarily and on their own initiative by the Clients and that cannot be deleted <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot; <\/strong>without destroying other information and\/or personal data to be stored <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong> in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine and for the protection of their rights and legitimate interests.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>2.3.<\/strong> In relation to personal data regarding bank payment cards (holder name, number, validity period and CVV code) <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong> acts exclusively as the owner of personal data, determining the purpose and methods of personal data processing. For the purpose of processing such categories of personal data <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong> engages specialized payment service providers who act as owners and controllers of personal data, who have exclusive access to the processing of such personal data.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>2.4<\/strong>. <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong> also collects anonymized data that is not personal data (<strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong> cannot independently identify Clients). The collection and processing of anonymized data takes place in a consolidated form and is used for marketing research and analytics.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>2.5.<\/strong> <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong> carries out the collection and processing of personal data of the Clients of the Site on the following legal grounds:<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 consent to the collection and processing of personal data;<\/p>\r\n<p>- fulfillment of contractual obligations <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong>;<\/p>\r\n<p>- fulfillment of the requirements of the legislation that apply to <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong>;<\/p>\r\n<p>- legitimate interest <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>2.6.<\/strong> <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong> carries out the collection and processing of personal data of the Customers of the Site in accordance with the following purpose:<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 creating an account on the Site;<\/p>\r\n<p>- providing Clients with access to the Site;<\/p>\r\n<p>- ordering services from <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong>, order management, service provision <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong>;<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 monitoring of Client preferences in order to provide personalized information about services <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong>;<\/p>\r\n<p>- providing answers to the search and information requests of the Clients about the services <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;;<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>- ensuring the participation of Clients in surveys, promotions, loyalty programs <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong>;<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 management of subscriptions to newsletters regarding services <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong>;<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 use of feedback forms on the Site;<\/p>\r\n<p>- provision of information exchange with the Site;<\/p>\r\n<p>- conducting marketing research and analyzing trends to improve services <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong>;<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 improvement of the Site;<\/p>\r\n<p>- provision of information about services <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong> (newsletters, information about promotions and other marketing activities);<\/p>\r\n<p>- protection against possible claims of Clients during the statute of limitations established by law for this type of claims.<\/p>\r\n<p>- legitimate interest <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>2.7.<\/strong> The purpose of personal data processing in the system is the storage and maintenance of counterparty and Client data, in accordance with Articles 6 and 7 of the Law of Ukraine &quot;On the Protection of Personal Data&quot;.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>2.8.<\/strong> The purpose of processing personal data is to ensure the implementation of civil legal relations, provision\/receipt and settlement of purchased services in accordance with the Tax Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine &quot;On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine&quot;.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>2.9.<\/strong> The personal data indicated in this section are located at the address <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ol start=\"3\">\r\n<li><strong> PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p><strong>3.1.<\/strong> The consent of the subject of personal data must be a voluntary expression of the individual&#039;s will to grant permission for the processing of his personal data in accordance with the formulated purpose of their processing.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>3.2.<\/strong> The consent of the subject of personal data is given by accepting the Public Agreement on the provision of legal assistance, legal advice and legal representation of the &quot;EQUITA&quot; LAWYER ASSOCIATION, posted at the link: <a href=\"https:\/\/ekvita.com.ua\/en\/oferta\/\">https:\/\/ekvita.com.ua\/oferta\/<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>3.3.<\/strong> This Privacy Policy informs the subject of personal data about the inclusion of his personal data in the personal data base <strong>JSC &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong> and the purpose of collecting personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine &quot;On Personal Data Protection&quot;.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<ol start=\"4\">\r\n<li><strong> TERMS OF DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION ABOUT PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p><strong>4.1.<\/strong> The procedure for accessing personal data of third parties is determined in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>4.2.<\/strong> Access to personal data is not granted to a third party if the specified person refuses to undertake obligations to ensure the fulfillment of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine &quot;On the Protection of Personal Data&quot; or is unable to ensure them.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>4.3.<\/strong> The subject of relations related to personal data submits a request for access, hereinafter referred to as &quot;request&quot;, to personal data to the owner of the personal data base.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>4.4.<\/strong> The request states:<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 surname, first name and patronymic, place of residence (place of stay) and details of the document certifying the natural person submitting the request (for a natural person, the applicant);<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 name, location of the legal entity submitting the request, position, surname, first name and patronymic of the person certifying the request; confirmation that the content of the request corresponds to the authority of the legal entity (for a legal entity, the applicant);<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 surname, first name and patronymic, as well as other information that makes it possible to identify the natural person in respect of whom the request is made;<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 information about the category of personal data for which the request is submitted, or information about the owner or administrator of this database;<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 list of requested personal data;<\/p>\r\n<p>- the purpose of the request.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>4.5.<\/strong> The term of examining the request for its satisfaction cannot exceed 10 (ten) working days from the date of its receipt.<\/p>\r\n<p>During this period, the owner of the personal data base informs the person who submits the request that the request will be satisfied or that the relevant personal data are not subject to provision, indicating the grounds defined in the relevant regulatory legal act.<\/p>\r\n<p>The request is satisfied within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of its receipt, unless otherwise provided by law.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>4.6.<\/strong> All employees of the owner of the personal data base are obliged to comply with the requirements of confidentiality regarding personal data and information regarding accounts in securities and circulation of securities.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>4.7.<\/strong> Delay of access to personal data of third parties is allowed if the necessary data cannot be provided within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the request. At the same time, the total term for solving the issues raised in the request cannot exceed forty-five calendar days.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>4.8.<\/strong> The notice of postponement is brought to the attention of the third person who submitted the request in writing with an explanation of the procedure for appealing such a decision.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>4.9. <\/strong>The notice of postponement states:<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 surname, first name and patronymic of the official;<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 the date of sending the message;<\/p>\r\n<p>- the reason for the delay; the period during which the request will be satisfied.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>4.10.<\/strong> Refusal of access to personal data is allowed if access to them is prohibited in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>4.11.<\/strong> The rejection notice states:<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 surname, first name, patronymic of the official denying access;<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 the date of sending the message; reason for refusal.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>4.12.<\/strong> The decision to delay or deny access to personal data may be appealed to the authorized state body for personal data protection, other state authorities and local self-government bodies, whose powers include the protection of personal data, or to a court.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<ol start=\"5\">\r\n<li><strong> PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p><strong>5.1.<\/strong> The owner of the personal data base is equipped with system and software and communication tools that prevent loss, theft, unauthorized destruction, distortion, forgery, copying of information and meet the requirements of international and national standards.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>5.2.<\/strong> The responsible person organizes the work related to the protection of personal data during their processing, in accordance with the law. The responsible person is determined by the order of the Owner of the personal database.<\/p>\r\n<p>The duties of the responsible person regarding the organization of work related to the protection of personal data during their processing are specified in the job description.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>5.3.<\/strong> The responsible person is obliged to:<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 to know the legislation of Ukraine in the field of personal data protection;<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 to develop procedures for access to personal data of employees in accordance with their professional or official or labor duties;<\/p>\r\n<p>- to ensure that the employees of the owner of the personal data base comply with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine in the field of personal data protection and internal documents regulating the activities of the owner of the personal data base regarding the processing and protection of personal data in personal data bases;<\/p>\r\n<p>- to develop a procedure (procedure) for internal control over compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine in the field of personal data protection and internal documents regulating the activities of the Owner of the personal data base regarding the processing and protection of personal data in the personal data bases, which, in particular, should contain norms regarding the periodicity of implementation such control;<\/p>\r\n<p>- to notify the owner of the personal data base about the facts of violations by the employees of the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine in the field of personal data protection and internal documents regulating the activity of the owner of the personal data base regarding the processing and protection of personal data in the personal data bases within 1 (one) working day from the moment of detection of such violations;<\/p>\r\n<p>- to ensure the storage of documents confirming the provision by the subject of personal data of consent to the processing of his personal data and notification of the specified subject about his rights.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>5.4.<\/strong> In order to fulfill his duties, the responsible person has the right to:<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 to receive the necessary documents, including orders and other administrative documents issued by the owner of the personal data base, related to the processing of personal data;<\/p>\r\n<p>- make copies of received documents, including copies of files, any records stored in local computer networks and autonomous computer systems; to participate in the discussion of the duties performed by him in the organization of work related to the protection of personal data during their processing;<\/p>\r\n<p>- submit for consideration proposals for improvement of activities and improvement of work methods, submit comments and options for eliminating identified deficiencies in the process of personal data processing;<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 to receive explanations on the processing of personal data;<\/p>\r\n<p>- to sign and certify documents within the limits of their competence.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>5.5.<\/strong> Employees who directly process and\/or have access to personal data in connection with the performance of their official (labor) duties are obliged to comply with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine in the field of personal data protection and internal documents, regarding the processing and protection of personal data in personal databases.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>5.6.<\/strong> Employees who have access to personal data, including those who process it, are obliged not to allow the disclosure in any way of personal data entrusted to them or which became known in connection with the performance of professional or official or labor duties of the Such an obligation is valid after they stop their activities related to personal data, except for cases established by law.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>5.7.<\/strong> Persons who have access to personal data, including those who process it in case of violation of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine &quot;On the Protection of Personal Data&quot;, are responsible in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>5.8.<\/strong> Personal data must not be stored longer than is necessary for the purpose for which such data is stored, but in any case not longer than the data storage period determined by the consent of the subject of personal data to the processing of this data.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ol start=\"6\">\r\n<li><strong> RIGHTS OF THE SUBJECT OF PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p><strong>6.1.<\/strong> The subject of personal data has the right:<\/p>\r\n<p>- to know the location of the personal data base, which contains his personal data, its purpose and name, location and\/or place of residence (residence) of the owner or manager of this database, or to give an appropriate order to obtain this information to persons authorized by him, except in cases established by law ;<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 to receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom his personal data contained in the relevant personal data base are transferred;<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 to access your personal data contained in the relevant personal data base;<\/p>\r\n<p>- receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided by law, an answer about whether his personal data is stored in the relevant personal data base, as well as receive the contents of his personal data that are stored;<\/p>\r\n<p>- submit a reasoned demand with an objection to the processing of your personal data by state authorities, local self-government bodies in the exercise of their powers provided for by law; make a reasoned demand to change or destroy your personal data by any owner and manager of this database, if these data are processed illegally or are unreliable;<\/p>\r\n<p>- to protect your personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of data, as well as protection from providing information that is unreliable or disgraces the honor, dignity and business reputation of a physical person individuals;<\/p>\r\n<p>- to apply for the protection of your rights regarding personal data to state authorities, local self-government bodies, whose powers include the protection of personal data;<\/p>\r\n<p>- apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on the protection of personal data.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<ol start=\"7\">\r\n<li><strong> PROCEDURE FOR WORKING WITH REQUESTS<\/strong> <strong>SUBJECT OF PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p><strong>7.1.<\/strong> The subject of personal data has the right to receive any information about himself from any subject of relations related to personal data, without specifying the purpose of the request, except for cases established by law.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>7.2.<\/strong> The access of the subject of personal data to personal data is free of charge.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>7.3.<\/strong> The subject of personal data submits a request for access (hereinafter - request) to personal data to the owner of the personal data base.<\/p>\r\n<p>The request states:<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 surname, first name and patronymic, place of residence (place of stay) and details of the document certifying the identity of the subject of personal data;<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 other information that makes it possible to identify the person of the subject of personal data;<\/p>\r\n<p>\u2013 information about the personal data base, in relation to which the request is submitted, or information about the owner or manager of this base;<\/p>\r\n<p>- list of requested personal data.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>7.4.<\/strong> The term of examining the request for its satisfaction cannot exceed 10 (ten) working days from the date of its receipt.<\/p>\r\n<p>During this period, the owner of the personal data base shall notify the subject of personal data that the request will be satisfied or that the relevant personal data shall not be provided, indicating the grounds specified in the relevant legal act.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>7.5.<\/strong> The request is satisfied within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of its receipt, unless otherwise provided by law.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<ol start=\"8\">\r\n<li><strong> STATE REGISTRATION OF THE PERSONAL DATA BASE<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p><strong>8.1.<\/strong> State registration of personal data bases is carried out in accordance with the procedure defined by the Law of Ukraine &quot;On the Protection of Personal Data&quot;.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<ol start=\"9\">\r\n<li><strong> REQUISITES<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p><strong>LAW ASSOCIATION &quot;EQUITA&quot;<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Location: str.
