In 2019-20, the Tax Inspectorate of Ukraine already conducted a "promotion" to calculate the debt for the years 2018-2020 for the so-called "dormant FOPs", and in 2023 they returned to this again. In the event that you have arrears in payment of EUV for past periods, and even more so, if enforcement proceedings have been opened against you, then we recommend that you immediately contact our bar association to prepare and file a claim in order to cancel these requirements and write off accrued arrears.
