In 2019-20, the Tax Inspectorate of Ukraine already conducted a "promotion" to calculate the debt for the years 2018-2020 for the so-called "dormant FOPs", and in 2023 they returned to this again. This can create serious concerns for people who have been a "dormant FOP" - again the seizure of accounts, cars and garnishment of wages.

If you were once registered as a sole proprietorship, we advise you to check your settlement status with the tax office and make sure that no enforcement proceedings have been opened against you.

In the event that you have arrears in payment of EUV for past periods, and even more so, if enforcement proceedings have been opened against you, then we recommend that you immediately contact our bar association to prepare and file a claim in order to cancel these requirements and write off accrued arrears.

You can currently check the status of payments with the tax office by following the link - https://cabinet.tax.gov.ua/login
Also, to check the fact of the opening of executive proceedings, you can use this resource - https://asvpweb.minjust.gov.ua/#/search-debtors

We recommend contacting the Ekvita Bar Association to receive quality and professional legal assistance in all matters. Our qualified lawyers are always ready to defend your rights and interests.
