A QR code will appear in the "Reserve+" application, which will allow you to quickly check the military status of citizens. This innovation is part of the renewal of the military accounting system in Ukraine, which involves digitalization and optimization of procedures.

"This QR code will become a symbol of legitimacy, because an electronic document will be equated to a paper one," says Dmytro Lazutkin, spokesman for the Ministry of Defense.

Previously, documents with a VIN code were issued, but now the QR code in "Rezerv+" will give the electronic data the status of an official document, replacing the paper version.

Owners will be able to independently create an electronic military ID (e-VOD) through the application after updating their personal data.

e-WATER will contain:

  1. full name;
  2. Date of birth;
  3. RNOCPP;
  4. Record number in the register;
  5. Medical examination results;
  6. Information about postponement;
  7. Military rank and specialty;
  8. Unique number in the demographic register;
  9. Performance of military duty;
  10. Offense.

By July 5, it is planned to integrate with the Pension Fund and include information about the offenses of evaders in the "Oberig" register.
